What's your turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 1–2 business days from the moment your product arrives. Same-day rush turnaround is available on request for an additional fee. You'll get a clear delivery date the moment we book — no disappearing acts.
How does pricing work?
Every project is custom. Pricing depends on scope (number of videos, length, format), usage rights (organic only vs. paid ads vs. whitelisting), and turnaround. Send me what you're looking for and I'll reply with a tailored quote within 24 hours. No hidden fees, no fake "discovery calls."
What usage rights are included?
Organic rights (post on your owned social channels) are included by default. Paid-ad and whitelisting rights are priced separately — typical industry rates are 20–30% of the base rate per month for paid social, with custom terms for perpetual licensing. Everything gets locked in writing before the shoot.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions come standard. Revisions cover edits, captions, music swaps, pacing, and hook re-records. Major reshoots are billed separately and flagged upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you write the script, or do I send a brief?
Both work. Most brands send a one-page brief (key talking points, tone, must-say claims, what to avoid) and I write the hooks and full script. If your team wants to send a full storyboard or creative-directed script, I can film straight off that too.
Do you provide raw footage in addition to the edit?
Yes, on request. The delivery is a polished vertical video, but I can include the raw clips so your team can re-cut for different platforms, pull stills for ads, or repurpose the footage however you need.
Can you film multiple hooks or A/B variants?
Yes — hook variants are one of the most requested and highest-ROI add-ons. Filming three to five different openers on the same product gives you real test data on what's actually converting, without the cost of a full re-shoot. Just note the count in your brief.
Who ships the product?
You ship the product (and any specific brand collateral) to my address in Canada. Shipping costs are on the brand side. I confirm receipt within 24 hours and lock in a shoot date with you.
